COVID-19 UPDATE

Cochrane Temiskaming Children’s Treatment Centre  (CT CTC) continues to be committed to the health and safety of our clients and families as well as of our staff. To make sure we provide services in the safest way possible,  CT CTC will continue to deliver virtual care and in-person visits by appointment only.  Safety protocols will continue to be followed and we will continue to comply with provincial and public health directives.

At all our locations, the following steps are in place for in-person visits for the safety of clients, families and staff:

  • Everyone MUST complete a screening questionnaire upon entry to our sites.
  • All adults must wear a mask while onsite.  Children ages 2 & older must wear masks if possible.
  • Please arrive when your appointment is scheduled to allow time after a session for the treatment room to be cleaned for the next family.
  • Please follow posted safety procedures and social distancing requirements at all time.

Families will be advised of any additional procedures at the time an appointment is booked.  Please note, some safety measures may change as a result of additional compliance and/or guidance requirements.

Please contact your clinician(s) should you have any questions or if you have concerns about your service needs.

If you require assistance, or are looking for further information on accessing services, please call us at 1-800-575-3210 or 705-264-4700 or email info@ctctc.org.
