The Cochrane Temiskaming Children’s Treatment Centre is committed to providing you quality care and service, based on a family centered care philosophy.
If you have concerns about your services or if you feel that your rights have not been met, we encourage you to first discuss your concern with your child’s therapist or the person involved. If the result is not to your satisfaction, you may direct your concern, verbally or in writing to the Clinical Services Manager. If satisfactory resolution is not achieved within 10 business days, your concern may be directed to the Centre’s Executive Director.
